What we do with what you send.
Plain English, short. This covers the AI class signup at join.bruceworks.net, run by Bruce Works LLC.
What we collect
What you type in the form: your name, email, phone if you give it, your time zone, your answers about AI, when you're free, what you want to learn, and your goal if you write one. If you came through a partner's link, we note which partner. If the link had campaign tags (like utm_source), we keep those too.
Why
To pick a class time that works for most people, to email you the date, time and Zoom link, and, only if you ticked that box, to tell you about a personalized AI system. If you also ticked the box for future classes and confirmed it from your email, we send you class announcements.
Who sees it
Bruce Works. If a partner invited you, that partner sees your first name, last initial, the date you signed up, whether you attended, and whether you bought a class. Never your email or your phone number. If you ask about an AI Command Center, your name, email and phone go into Bruce Works' customer records so we can follow up. Our emails go out through an email delivery service. We don't sell or rent your information, and nobody else gets it.
Cookies and tracking
No analytics, no ad trackers, no third-party scripts or fonts. One cookie, only if you arrive through a partner's link: it remembers who invited you for 30 days. To stop abuse we count requests per connection using a scrambled (keyed hash) form of your IP address, held in memory only. We never store your IP address.
Class announcements need two steps: you tick the box, then you confirm from your email. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works with one click.
Keeping and removing it
We keep your signup until you ask us to remove it. To see, fix or remove what we have, reply to any email we sent you.
